HDS Certification — Health Data Hosting

Our organisation holds HDS (Hébergement de Données de Santé) Level 1 certification as a physical infrastructure hosting provider. In this capacity, we make available hardware resources (server rooms, servers, network infrastructure, etc.) intended for the hosting of personal health data, without intervening in the processing or content of the hosted data.

Our Commitments

In accordance with Requirement 31 of the HDS certification framework, we hereby inform our clients that:

• As a physical infrastructure hosting provider, we do not process or transfer any health data;
• No hosted data is subject to transfer outside the European Union;
• The infrastructure made available by OP CORE is located exclusively within the European Union, in environments compliant with the security requirements set forth by the HDS certification framework.
